Pentru a veni in sprijinul colegilor incepatori in domeniul tehnologiilor Keshe, prezint din nou, o varianta simpla si ieftina de realizare a electrozilor pentru reactoarele de gans, pe care eo o folosesc de multe luni cu rezultate foarte bune, impreuna cu o multime de colegi si prieteni cu care discut si ne vizitam frecvent. In pozele atasate este prezentat un kit de electrozi pentru cele trei tipuri de gans de baza: CO2 plus ZnO, CuO plus Cuo2, Fe plus CH3. Electrozii provin de la baterii zinc-carbon (tip R20 sau "D"), de fabricatie China (777). Este prezentata mai in detaliu si protejarea legaturilor cu glue termic pentru prevenirea afectarii acestora de catre mediul salin. Pentru toate detaliile, se recomanda si consultarea postarilor mele din 30 si 31 iulie 2016.

In pozele atasate este prezentat un kit de electrozi pentru cele trei tipuri de gans de baza: CO2 plus ZnO, CuO plus Cuo2, Fe plus CH3. Electrozii provin de la baterii zinc-carbon (tip R20 sau "D"), de fabricatie China (777). Este prezentata mai in detaliu si protejarea legaturilor cu glue termic pentru prevenirea afectarii acestora de catre mediul salin.

Am reluat aceasta fotografie pentru a sublinia "kit-ul" necesar producerii gans-urilor: reactorul de gans, vasul intermediar pentru colectarea Gans-ului (sticla de 1/2 l) si seringa, cate una pentru fiecare reactor.

Aici puteti observa foarte clar modul de legare a bateriilor R20 (1,5V), folosite ca surse suplimentare de alimentare a reactoarelor. La reactorul din dreapta (CH3 plus oxid de fier) se observa apropierea accentuata a electrozilor pentru accelerarea reactiei prin cresterea curentului electric dintre electrozi (datorita scaderii rezistentei).

Observati sarma de cupru invelita in plastic pe care poate culisa electrodul din dreapta (cupru nanoinvelit), sarma ce se poate deplasa, la randul ei, impreuna cu electrodul pe care-l poarta, de-a lungul vasului de reactie, apropiindu-se de celalalt electrod (cupru pur), pentru reglarea vitezei de reactie. Aici nu folosesc sursa suplimentara.

Functionarea, reglarea si operarea reactoarelor de Gans.
1. Functionarea
Pentru intelegerea corecta a functionarii reactorului de Gans, trebuie sa observam de la bun inceput ca, in acesta, se desfasoara continuu doua fenomene distincte, fundamental diferite, care dau fiecare produsi ce se amesteca in diferite proportii in precipitatul final pe care il recoltam de pe fundul reactorului. Iata care sunt aceste fenomene:
1.1. Electroliza clasica in curent continuu (Faraday)
Indiferent daca folosim o sursa suplimentara de alimentare (baterie, alimentator) a reactorului, sau folosim doar autoalimentarea, prin diferenta electrochimica de potential dintre electrozi, electroliza tot se produce, ducand la consumarea electrodului pozitiv (anod), si trecerea sa treptata in solutie sub forma de precipitat (oxizi, in cazul nostru: de zinc, de cupru, de fier). Viteza de consumare a electrodului si implicit, de depunere a oxizilor in solutie, este direct proportionala cu valoarea curentului electric continuu ce circula intre electrozi.
1.2. Interactiunea pur energetica (plasmatica, magneto-gravitationala) dintre electrozi.
Este o interactiune fizica intre campurile magnetogravitaionale ale celor doi electrozi, dintre care, unul, totdeauna va trebui sa aiba o structura nano la suprafata sa (cupru nanoinvelit sau grafit electrochimic), pentru a putea amplifica si dirija (ca un pen Keshe) energia plasmatica in spatiul de reactie. Acest proces este singurul care genereaza GANS pur in reactor si nu presupune circulatia vreunui curent electric, ci doar interactiunea campurilor plasmatice specifica elementelor ce compun electrozii. Din acest motiv, unul sau ambii electrozi, se pot monta in exteriorul reactorului sau se pot inveli in pungi de plastic ce-i izoleaza din punct de vedere electric si GANS--ul tot se produce. Apar insa doua probleme: viteza de producere a gansului este mica iar concentratia foarte mare a acestuia face dificila utilizarea directa a sa si presupune precautii speciale. Nu insist mai mult aici.

2. Reglarea reactorului de GANS
Asa cum am vazut, pentru a obtine un amestec corespunzator de GANS si oxizi, functie de aplicatia pe care dorim s-o realizam, este necesara reglarea curentului electric care circula intre electrozi. Sunt foarte multe posibilitati. Acestea deriva din faptul ca valoarea curentului electric dintre electrozi reprezinta raportul dintre valoarea tensiunii electrice aplicate si rezistenta electrolitului dintre electrozi. Asadar, pastrand fixe tensiunea de alimentare si concentratia de sare din solutie (electrolit), putem regla curentul de reactie, modificand distanta dintre electrozi sau suprafata de contact a unuia din electrozi cu electrolitul. Aceste solutii extrem de simple, le puteti observa in fotografiile anexate, practicate de mine de mult timp si recomandate.

3. Operarea reactorului de GANS
Operarea este foarte simpla si presupune patru operatii distincte:
3.1, Recoltarea periodica a GANS-ului (amestec GANS- oxizi) de pe fundul reactorului.
Se face, de obicei, zilnic sau o data la cateva zile, depinde de reglarea vitezei de lucru a reactorului. Se foloseste o seringa de plastic cu un tub (furtun) prelungitor de 20-25 cm lungime si diametru de 4-5 mm. Matrerialul extras se depoziteaza intr-un vas intermediar, de regula o sicla de plastic de 1/2 l, care se umple cu apoi cu apa. Dupa linistirea (depunerea) gans-ului pe fundul sticlei, apa limpede de deasupra este o apa plasmatica concentrata buna pentru o multime de aplicatii.
3.2. Spalarea (curatarea) periodica a electrozilor.
Electrozii se scot din solutie si se curata depunerile de sare de pe suprafata lor cu un burete aspru, apoi se clatesc cu apa curata.
La viteze obisnuite de reactie, aceasta operatie se face o data la 2 saptamani. Daca se creste viteza de reactie, perioada se scurteaza, altfel scade productia de Gans.
3.3. Schimbarea electrozilor care se consuma (anodul: Zn, Cu, Fe)
La reactoarele care folosesc o baterie de 1,5 V pentru alimentare suplimentara, electrodul de zinc se schimba o data la 1-2 saptamani, in functie de reglaj. La celelalte, durata este mult mai mare, de ordinul lunilor.
3.4. Schimbarea electrolitului si curatarea vasului de reactie.

Se pregateste o noua incarcatura de electrolit, se curata reactorul de depuneri si se reincarca dupe regulile deja cunoscute. La o folosire permanenta, aceasta operatie depinde puternic de modul de operare si nu a fost necesara mai repede de 4-6 luni de lucru a reactorului.
